The New Formula MP Tea Spearole is green tea based, but is also fortified with an Aged Green Tea extract. The new MP Tea Spearole tea is designed to be twice as potent as Polypill Joint capsules. The Aged French Oak Extract content in a cup of MP Tea Spearole is similar to a single Polypill Joint capsule, but the addition of the Aged Green Tea Extract is what sets this spearmint flavoured tea from all others.
Despite its potency, MP Tea Spearole has a delicate Spearmint taste profile.
For Best Results, use a tea infuser in the cup you are consuming the tea from.
Brew using 1 level teaspoon (1.5 grams) of MP™ Tea Spearole in a cup for 1-2 minutes.
Discard the tea leaves.
Consume all contents, including sediment.
For a stronger flavour tea, use a heaped teaspoon.

I very much appreciated the time Greg Gardine gave me on the phone in explaining how to brew the tea properly. The benefits of "aged oak' are coming through - some inflammation in the hip joints are responding to this as well as other products which I am using. And yes - the directions for brewing are on the packet !

Being a 56 yo male who has performed hard physical labor his whole life.
I lived with the aches and pains as part of life you know the back, knees, shoulders,
But after a week of have one cup of MP Tea Spearole(black no sugar) every morning combined with One 1000mg fish oil tablet and one glucosamine 1500mg tablet morning and noon 5 days a week
I felt hardly any trace of pain which is truly amazing
Previously I was using Dr Reds prostrate formula tea and same amount of fish oil and glucosamine
PS the taste of the MP Tea Spearole takes quite a bit of getting used to, and that’s putting it nicely
