Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the fault is not ours then you will be required to pay return postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Allow 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of order. If the product is Out Of Stock you will be advised.
We ship orders Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. If you place an order on a weekend or a national public holiday it will be processed within the next 48 hour
We do not ship on national public holidays
A physical address is required for shipping but we can also deliver to PO Box addresses if that is more convenient. All shipments will need to be signed for unless you advise otherwise.
All Deliveries will be transported by Australia Post. In the case of “No one is home”, a card will be left advising that the goods have been delivered to the closest Australia Post Office for you to collect.
All Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. If you wish another carrier to be used please contact Customer Service on (07) 5496 4499. Costs will apply.
